The Lodge on the Lake Hotel is conveniently located next to the theme park and just a short walk from the park's entrance. Experience the thrills and excitement of more than 100 rides, live shows, and attractions then come back to a nice relaxing evening by the pool or just chill in the room and watch TV.Stay in one of 160 rooms which come equipped with two queen beds and a pull out couch to comfortably sleep six people. Each room also has a full bathroom with a hair dryer, a refrigerator and satellite television.
Each comfortable suite offers the same amenities as a hotel room but with more! Each one also has a living room with a fireplace, sofa and chairs and an eating area complete with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, stools and table bar. Suites can be adjoined to accommodate two families or one large family vacationing together!
Each room has satellite television. Swim in the outdoor pool from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. during the full season, and when weather permits it during the value and fall time periods. Internet is available in the hotel lobby, and every morning before you head to the park stop by the café for complimentary coffee.
Hungry? There are plenty of eateries inside the theme park, including three sit-down restaurants and more than 50 food stands serving everything from Mexican and Greek food to char-grilled burgers, chicken fingers and delicious homemade fudge! Dine poolside at the hotel when you order from Woody's Café, which features a variety of menu selections from traditional breakfast to Buffalo's hometown favorites. Woody's is open daily from 7 a.m. to midnight.

For those who wish to bring your own camping trailer or pitch a tent, we offer more than 1,500 wooded and/or sunny campsites. All camping packages include campsite overnight accommodations, unlimited use of the theme park thrill rides, water rides, kiddie rides, shows and attractions and free parking.The campsite locations vary by tiers, depending on proximity to the park entrance and which trail you stay on. All sites have electric and water, however, the utility poles are not on every site. We recommend you bring extra extension cords and hoses.
Darien Square, located near the campground, offers many amenities including a Laundromat, showers, first-aid station, Beaver Brothers Cafe, Trapper's Restaurant, gift shop and the General Store offering everything from Kodak film to firewood.
Check-in time starts at 2 p.m. however, you may arrive earlier to enjoy the theme park. Check-out time is by 1 p.m. on the last day of your visit but again, after you load up the car go play some more! You can enjoy the theme park for the remainder of the day at no additional charge!

A: Sorry, since the hotel and campground are within the Theme Park, our rate automatically includes admission tickets.

Q: What rides will be operating during the spring/fall seasons?
A: Our Park will be operating with a limited amount of rides during the spring/fall seasons. All ride closings will be posted each morning outside our main gate admissions area.

Exit 48A off NYS Thruway (I-90) and south six miles on Route 77.
Alternate Routes are suggested below for concerts and high volume weekends.
From Buffalo, Take Rte. 20 (Broadway) east to Rte. 77. Continue north two miles.
From Rochester, Take NYS I-90 to Exit 48 (Batavia). Take Rte. 98 south to Rte. 20. Take Rte. 20 west to Rte. 77, continue two miles north
From East of Rochester/Syracuse, Take NYS I-90 to exit 46 (390 South). Take 390 south to Rte. 20. Take Rte. 20 west to Rte. 77, continue two miles north
From Corning/Elmira/Binghamton, Take Rte. 17/86 west to 390 north. Take 390 north to Rte. 20, continue west to Rte 77, continue two miles north.
From Canada, Take NYS I-90 to Exit 48A. Go six miles south on Rte. 77.
From Cleveland/Pittsburgh and points west, take NYS I-90 east to exit 48A. Go six miles south on Rte. 77, or call for alternate routes
Proof of residency will be necessary at check in, and minors younger than 21 are not permitted to register or make reservations. If you cancel your reservation, three days advance notice of your check in date is required to receive a refund minus $25. If you cancel your reservation within three days of your arrival, there is no refund. If booking online, the full amount will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking. Reserve by phone through our call center more than two months in advance and have the option to mail in a check or money order for the full amount. Credit Cards will be charged accordingly in U.S. funds. There will be a limited amount of rides and park hours during the value and fall parts of the season. Operating dates and times are subject to change without notice. Pricing and rules are also subject to change without notice.
Day visitors must park and enter at the main Theme Park entrance, and they are not allowed to park at the hotel or in the campgrounds. Accommodations guests may park free of charge during their stay in the hotel parking lot or right at the campsites. Enter at the hotel entrance and have your reservation confirmation number available.

Darien Lake does not offer rain checks or refunds for inclement weather.

RAINBOW BRIDGE: (Niagara Falls, Ontario to Niagara Falls, NY) After customs, take the Rainbow Bridge to Quay Street. Turn right and enter the Robert Moses Parkway. Exit to the left towards the Grand Island Bridge (I-190 S). Take the first right and follow the directions to Darien Lake as they are listed below.
LEWISTON-QUEENSTON BRIDGE: (Queenston, Ontario to Lewiston, NY) From customs, bear to the left. Take I-90 South. Cross the Grand Island bridges. Once off the south bridge, keep to the right and take I-290 East towards Albany. Continue on I-290 for approximately 7 miles merge left onto I-90 East towards Albany. Travel about 14 miles to exit 48A. Turn right after the tollbooth onto route 77 South. The theme park is located on the left, 6 miles south on route 77.
PEACE BRIDGE: (Fort Erie, Ontario to Buffalo, NY) After customs, follow signs to the I-190 South. Follow the I-90 south and merge onto the I-90 East towards Albany. Stay on the I-90 east until you come to exit 48A (Pembroke/Medina). Exit at 48A and pass through the tollbooth. Take a right onto route 77 South. The theme park is located on the left, 6 miles south.
Border Patrol inspects everyone who arrives at a U.S. port of entry. As part of your inspection, you may be asked questions on citizenship, trip plans and about anything you are bringing over the border. Plan your drive time accordingly, there may be long waits at customs, so make sure you leave in plenty of time to enjoy your vacation close to home!
